Kindly note, to take advantage of our loyalty incentives you must have downloaded the B/alt. mobile application (“App”) and agreed to our Loyalty Scheme Terms and Conditions. If you don’t download the App, there is no way for our system and marketing team to identify you, your transactions and communicate with you.

1. Weekly Cash Reward
We value loyalty and believe our customers should be rewarded for their continued support. Our Weekly Reward scheme is designed to give you something back every time you visit B/alt.
Here's how it works:
- The reward period runs from Monday morning opening time to Sunday evening closing time, during the periods that our stores are normally open for trading.
- All purchases within that period are added up.
- Rewards are calculated based on spending bands, with higher spending earning higher percentages.
- Rewards, in the form of vouchers redeemable at our stores are sent weekly into your B/alt app wallet as an electronic voucher.

Examples
Example 1: Spend £25 in one week
- £0–£19.99 @ 1% = £0.20
- £20–£25 @ 2% = £0.10
Total cashback: £0.30
Example 2: Spend £60 in one week
- £0–£19.99 @ 1% = £0.20
- £20–£29.99 @ 2% = £0.20
- £30–£39.99 @ 3% = £0.30
- £40–£49.99 @ 4% = £0.40
- £50–£59.99 @ 5% = £0.50
Total cashback: £1.60
- Rewards are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- Rewards must be redeemed in-store.
- Rewards are normally credited by Monday/Tuesday following the end of each reward week.
- Delays may occur due to technical issues or circumstances beyond our control.
2. Weekly Lucky Draw
From Monday to Sunday, every purchase qualifies you for our weekly lucky draw. Every Wednesday, two winners will be randomly selected from all transactions of registered App users for the previous week. Winners shall be notified via the App, and their reward voucher shall be added to their wallet.
3. Refer a Friend
Refer a friend and be rewarded! When your referred friend downloads the app and makes a purchase, you will receive reward vouchers for products as follows:
- 1-30 referrals: free hot drink
- 31-60 referrals: free hot drink + sweet treat
- 61+ referrals: free hot drink + sandwich
Referrals reset annually on January 1st.
4. Signing Up
Download our App for the first time and enjoy a free hot drink as a welcome gift.
5. Social Workers & University Students
Teachers, Police, NHS staff, and University students are entitled to an additional 2% discount upon presenting valid proof.
6. Birthday Surprise
Fill in your day and month of birth in the App and enjoy a complimentary hot drink and sweet treat on your birthday with any paid transaction.
Important Information
B/alt. reserves the right to amend or remove loyalty schemes at any time. Schemes are only available to App users who scan their purchases or use the account linked to the App. Rewards and vouchers can be checked within the App.
